What's different about this job
Fixtures get buried, plowed, and frozen. We set path lights off the plow line, use fixtures rated for the load, and bury runs deep enough that a shovel does not find them in January.
What is included
- Path, step and egress lighting for rental safety
- Tree uplighting and facade wash
- Transformer sizing and astronomical timers
- Runs buried clear of plow and shovel lines
- Dark-sky-considerate aiming and shielding
Built to be buried
Fixtures spend five months under snow. We set path lights back from the plow line, specify housings that survive the load, and bury runs deep enough that a shovel does not find them.
Rental safety
If the property is rented, lit steps and a lit path from the parking area are the cheapest liability reduction available.
