We design and build landscaping, hardscape, concrete, painting and lighting for homes, condos, HOAs and vacation rentals across Southern California. One crew handles it, so you do not schedule five contractors yourself.
Properties fail in specific, predictable ways: base that was not deep enough for freeze-thaw, a retaining wall with no drain behind it, an irrigation system nobody blew out, defensible space that was never documented for the insurer. We build to the site, not to a one-size spec.
We are a design-build crew. We draw in the off-season, build inside the window, and we tell you plainly when the remaining season is too short to start something properly.

Photos after every visit
Most of our clients are not on site. You should not have to drive out to find out whether we came.
We say no to the wrong season
Starting a wall in late September at elevation means it overwinters open. We will hold your slot for spring.
The fire paperwork
Defensible space work is photographed before and after, zone by zone, because your insurer may ask.
