Who we are
One crew. Every finish.
Every kind of property.
We're an exterior contractor for single-family homes, condos and HOAs, and vacation rentals across Southern California — landscaping, hardscape, concrete, painting and water & lighting, coordinated by one crew instead of five separate contractors you'd otherwise have to schedule yourself.
What we do
Full-service exterior work, start to finish.
Landscaping & Planting
Design, install and renovate — planting, turf, full yard builds.
Hardscape & Masonry
Retaining walls, pavers, patios, fire pits.
Concrete & Flatwork
Driveways, walkways and slabs, based and finished for the site.
Exterior Painting
House, deck and fence painting and staining.
Water, Drainage & Lighting
Irrigation, drainage, and landscape lighting.
Maintenance & Property Care
Recurring upkeep, tree care, snow removal and fire mitigation.

Before you call
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability and workers’ comp. Our CSLB license number is [CSLB # — pending], and you can verify it at cslb.ca.gov.
What does a project cost?
We do not publish ranges, because slope, access and materials move a number too much. Most projects start around $2,500. Every quote is a fixed, written scope after a free visit.
Do I need to be on site?
No. We shoot video on the walk-through and send a photo report after every visit.
Do you work year-round?
Yes, on different things depending on the property. Mountain sites have a shorter ground-disturbing window than the valley or desert; we’ll tell you upfront if your project has to wait on weather.
Need the plants, too?
Moonridge Nursery is our sister business on Moonridge Road in Big Bear Lake. It grows what survives at 6,750 feet, and our crews plant from its stock [CONFIRM]. Ask the nursery team before you buy something that will not make it through a winter on your lot.
Tell us the address. We will tell you what it needs.
A written scope, a real price, and a straight answer about whether this season still has room for it.
