An empty lot, a short season
Nothing was in the ground when this build started — bare graded dirt left by the builder. The whole job had to sequence against the thaw date to close out before the season ended.
What went in
Irrigation first, then hardscape, then planting — in that order, so nothing gets trenched through later. Plant choice leaned toward low-maintenance for a property that turns over most weekends.
