A footprint with no room for equipment
Shared walls on two sides meant most of this job was done by hand — no room to bring in a plate compactor the easy way.
Small footprint, same standard
Base depth and drainage slope didn't get shortcut just because the patio was small — the same standard as a full-size yard, done at condo scale.
