This is a real service we perform. It has not gone through the same local market
research as the rest of the site yet, so there are no competitive claims here.
What is included
- Grading and compacted base prep
- Reinforcement sized to the load the slab needs to carry
- Vapor barrier and drainage where the site calls for it
- Finish and cure appropriate to what sits on top
What’s involved
Load matters more than square footage here — a hot-tub slab and a shed slab are not the same pour. We size the base and reinforcement to what’s actually going on top of it.
