This is a real service we perform. It has not gone through the same local market
research as the rest of the site yet, so there are no competitive claims here.
What is included
- Grading, forming and compacted base prep
- Reinforcement and control joints sized for freeze-thaw
- Broom, exposed-aggregate or stamped finish options
- Drainage tied into the rest of the site so water sheds away from the slab
What’s involved
A driveway that cracks in its first winter almost always failed at the base, not the surface — compaction and drainage matter more than the pour itself on a mountain lot. We grade, base and reinforce for the freeze-thaw cycle before anything gets poured.
This is a newer line of work for us — ask us about it directly and we’ll walk you through what a project looks like on your lot.
Tell us the address. We will tell you what it needs.
A written scope, a real price, and a straight answer about whether this season still has room for it.
